Being in the kitchen since I was a toddler, I'm excited that I now get to bake the goodies that I love and share them with you. 

I'm working around my school schedule, so baking is done over summers and for events throughout the year here and there. And for special holidays, too!

STRAWBERRY SCONES

If you're not a fan of scones because they're typically pretty dry, you've got to try these! They're perfect for a fun treat or with coffee.

Available in packages of six.

LEMON BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES

These have been a hit with family and friends for several years now. They are so light and refreshing, and super moist too!

Available in single cupcakes or four-packs.

MINI CARROT CAKE

I absolutely love a good carrot cake in the spring! These miniature cakes are perfect as a fun treat around Easter or to share with someone as well.

Available in single mini cakes (in 6.5x2.5-inch containers).

At Best Bites, every product is made with joy, fresh ingredients, and a touch of creativity.

I love to make some of the traditional baked staples your mom or grandma used to make. Things like:

MY BAKING APPROACH

I believe in:

• Offering a variety of high quality bakery items
  You'll see everything from cupcakes and cookies to breads and bars on the rotating menu from time to time.
  
  
• Using fresh, natural ingredients
  Fresh fruits and natural sweeteners are often used in the recipes at Best Bites.
  
  
• Baking from scratch
  There's just something joyful about scratch baking, and I honestly believe it tastes better that way!
  
  
• Seasonal flavors
  Apples and pumpkin in the fall are some of my favorites. And lemon in the spring for sure. Fresh seasonal flavors are hard to beat!

• Providing full disclosure on allergens
  For my friends with allergies or sensitivities, I list all ingredients on our labels. And several of my recipes are naturally gluten free, nut free, or dairy free.

I ALSO BELIEVE IN HAVING FUN!

Time in the kitchen is just fun for me. I get to create delicious and tasty treats from scratch. And I get to try out new recipes and learn new baking techniques. 

But what I think is the most fun is getting to share my homemade goodies with you. To know that you will get to enjoy one of my best bites, share it with a friend, or give it as a gift just makes my heart happy. And that's fun!
